Privacy Policy
This notice describes how Zenta AI collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our services, and the rights you have over that information.
1. What information do we collect?
Personal Information You Disclose to Us
Zenta collects personal information voluntarily provided when you express interest in obtaining information about the company, its products, or Services, participate in activities on the Services, or contact us otherwise.
The personal information collected may include:
- Names
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
- Job titles
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
All personal information must be true, complete, and accurate, with notification required for any changes.
Information Automatically Collected
Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.
This includes device and usage information such as:
- IP address
- Browser and device characteristics
- Operating system
- Language preferences
- Referring URLs
- Device name
- Country and location
- Information about how and when you use Services
- Other technical information
Log and Usage Data
Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services and which we record in log files. This may include IP address, device information, browser type, settings, and activity information like date/time stamps, pages viewed, searches, and feature usage.
Device Data
Device data collected includes information about computers, phones, tablets, or other devices used to access Services, such as IP address, device identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model, Internet service provider, mobile carrier, operating system, and system configuration information.
Location Data
We collect location data such as information about your device's location, which can be either precise or imprecise. The amount collected depends on device type and settings. GPS and other technologies may be used to collect geolocation data based on IP address. You may opt out via Location settings, though this may limit Service functionality.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies. Details are available in the Cookie Notice / Cookie Policy.
2. How do we process your information?
Zenta processes information to provide, improve, and administer Services; communicate with users; prevent security and fraud issues; and comply with law. Processing may also occur with user consent for other purposes.
Specific Processing Purposes:
- Feedback Requests: Processing information when necessary to request feedback and contact regarding Service use.
- Marketing Communications: We may process the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
- Targeted Advertising: We may process your information to develop and display personalized content and advertising tailored to your interests, location, and more.
- Service Protection: We may process your information as part of our efforts to keep our Services safe and secure, including fraud monitoring and prevention.
- Usage Trend Analysis: Information processing to better understand Service usage and improve them.
- Marketing Effectiveness: Processing information to determine which marketing and promotional campaigns are most relevant to users.
- Vital Interest Protection: We may process your information when necessary to save or protect an individual's vital interest, such as to prevent harm.
3. What legal bases do we rely on to process your information?
We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason (i.e., legal basis) to do so under applicable law.
For EU/UK Residents (GDPR and UK GDPR)
- Consent: We may process your information if you have given us permission (i.e., consent) to use your personal information for a specific purpose. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
- Legitimate Interests: Processing occurs when reasonably necessary to achieve legitimate business interests that don't outweigh user interests and fundamental rights. Examples include:
- Sending information about special offers and discounts
- Developing personalized and relevant advertising
- Analyzing Service usage for improvement
- Supporting marketing activities
- Diagnosing problems and preventing fraud
- Understanding product/service usage for improved experience
- Legal Obligations: We may process your information where we believe it is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations, such as to cooperate with a law enforcement body or regulatory agency.
- Vital Interests: We may process your information where we believe it is necessary to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of a third party, such as situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person.
For Canadian Residents
Processing may occur with express or implied consent. In exceptional cases, processing may be legally permitted without consent, including:
- Collection clearly in individual's interests when timely consent cannot be obtained
- Investigations and fraud detection/prevention
- Business transactions under certain conditions
- Witness statements necessary for insurance claim assessment
- Identifying injured, ill, or deceased persons
- Communicating with next of kin
- Reasonable grounds to believe individual is financial abuse victim
- Collection/use without consent would compromise information availability/accuracy
- Disclosure required by subpoena, warrant, court order, or court rules
- Information produced during employment/business/profession consistent with original purposes
- Collection solely for journalistic, artistic, or literary purposes
- Information publicly available as specified by regulations
4. When and with whom do we share your personal information?
Zenta may share information in specific situations with the following third parties:
- Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
- Affiliates: We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this privacy notice. Affiliates include parent company, subsidiaries, joint venture partners, and companies under common control.
- Business Partners: We may share your information with our business partners to offer you certain products, services, or promotions.
5. Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information. Details about specific technologies used and cookie refusal options are provided in the Cookie Notice / Cookie Policy.
6. How long do we keep your information?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 1 year.
When there is no ongoing legitimate business need, Zenta will delete or anonymize personal information. If deletion is impossible (such as backup archives), information will be securely stored and isolated from further processing until deletion becomes possible.
7. How do we keep your information safe?
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security. You should only access Services within secure environments, as transmission occurs at your own risk.
8. Do we collect information from minors?
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using Services, you represent you are at least 18 or are a parent/guardian consenting to minor use. If we discover personal information from users under 18, the account will be deactivated and data promptly deleted.

9. What are your privacy rights?
Residents in certain regions (EEA, UK, Canada) have specific rights regarding personal information:
- Right to request access and obtain copies
- Right to request rectification or erasure
- Right to restrict processing
- Right to data portability (where applicable)
- Right to object to processing (in certain circumstances)

For EEA/UK Residents
If you are located in the EEA or UK and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.

Withdrawing Consent
If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal won't affect lawfulness of prior processing or processing under other legal grounds.
Opting Out of Marketing
You can unsubscribe by clicking unsubscribe links in emails, replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to SMS messages, or using contact details in Section 13. You will be removed from marketing lists but may still receive service-related messages.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can configure your browser to remove or reject cookies, though this may affect Service features. To opt out of interest-based advertising: aboutads.info/choices/.

10. Controls for do-not-track features
Most browsers and some mobile systems include Do-Not-Track (DNT) features. Currently, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized.
Zenta does not currently respond to DNT signals or other mechanisms automatically communicating non-tracking preferences. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
11. Do California residents have specific privacy rights?
Yes. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 ("Shine The Light" law) permits California residents to request information once yearly at no cost about personal information categories disclosed to third parties for direct marketing and names/addresses of those third parties.
For Residents Under 18
Residents under 18 with registered accounts may request removal of publicly posted unwanted data. Requests should include the associated email address and statement of California residency. Data will not be publicly displayed but may remain in backup systems.
CCPA Privacy Notice
Resident Definition. Under California Code of Regulations, a "resident" is any individual in California for other than temporary/transitory purposes, or any individual domiciled in California outside the state for temporary/transitory purposes. All others are "non-residents."
Categories of Personal Information Collected (Past 12 Months). Additional collection occurs through:
- Customer support interactions
- Participation in surveys or contests
- Service delivery facilitation
- Inquiry responses
Data Use and Sharing. More information about our data collection and sharing practices can be found in this privacy notice and our Cookie Notice / Cookie Policy. For information requests: connect@d3vtech.com. Authorized agents must provide proof of valid authorization.
Service Provider Sharing. We may disclose your personal information with our service providers pursuant to a written contract between us and each service provider. Service providers are for-profit entities processing information on Zenta's behalf.
Internal Business Use. We may use your personal information for our own business purposes, such as for undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration. This is not considered to be "selling" of your personal information.
Sale of Personal Information. Zenta AI has not disclosed or sold any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months. Zenta AI will not sell personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users, and other consumers.
CCPA Consumer Rights
Right to Request Deletion. You can ask for the deletion of your personal information. If you ask us to delete your personal information, we will respect your request and delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions provided by law. Exceptions include free speech exercise by others, legal compliance requirements, or processing needed to prevent illegal activities.
Right to Be Informed. You have the right to know:
- Whether personal information is collected and used
- Categories of personal information collected
- Collection purposes
- Whether personal information is sold to third parties
- Categories of personal information sold/disclosed
- Categories of third parties receiving information
- Business or commercial purposes for collection/selling
In accordance with applicable law, we are not obligated to provide or delete consumer information that is de-identified in response to a consumer request or to re-identify individual data to verify a consumer request.
Right to Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you if you exercise your privacy rights.
Verification Process. Upon request, Zenta will verify identity to confirm the person making the request. Verification may require providing information matching previously provided data or communication through previously provided channels. We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. If identity cannot be verified from existing information, Zenta may request additional information for verification and fraud prevention purposes. Such information will be deleted after verification.
Other Privacy Rights.
- Right to object to personal information processing
- Right to request correction of inaccurate/irrelevant data
- Right to restrict processing
- Right to designate authorized agents (who must provide proof of valid authorization)
- Right to opt out from future personal information sales to third parties
Upon receiving an opt-out request, we will act upon the request as soon as feasibly possible, but no later than fifteen (15) days from the date of the request submission.

12. Do we make updates to this notice?
We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. Material changes may be communicated through notice posting or direct notification. You are encouraged to review the notice frequently.
